Highlights:

- Design challenges on this project included linking existing building office spaces with a major office addition, on a tight urban site
- A multilevel internal atrium serves to link old and new
- All work stations accommodate the personal and networked computers necessary in a high tech financial office environment
- DesignGroup was subsequently hired for a freestanding data center
- In 2000, DesignGroup provided another addition, a new parking garage, and renovations
