- Integrated learning environment that combines the Reference department, Computer Lab, and Student Writing Center in a single location open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Lounge seating, open study seating, and various-sized group study rooms provide a pleasant environment for student study, learning and collaboration
- Reorganization of the fourth floor entry level creates greater efficiency for customer services in the circulation area and provides a student copy center, new current periodical area, and casual reading areas
- Phase 2 incorporates a café, instruction lab, and additional group and individual study spaces
