Highlights:
- Prepared 10-year Master Plan as required by the State of West Virginia
- Report consisted of a facility assessment as well as a master plan indicating recommended improvements
- Goals defined in the Master Plan were to improve campus life and facilities to attract and retain good students and faculty, address space needs of expanding student population, and maximize utilization of current facilities and provide appropriate instructional space
- Key concepts defined in the Master Plan included ways to improve wayfinding and circulation, upgrade and expand classroom facilities especially in the areas of Science, Math and Health Sciences, take buildings off line whose plan or infrastructure is too costly to reconfigure and upgrade, and expand residential facilities and offer a variety of unit types
