Highlights:
- 230 acre campus currently serving 1,100 students
- Campus master plan was refined and facilities were designed for the implementation of the first of two phases
- Entire master plan build out was 3-D modeled to ensure the second phase would connect logically and blend architecturally
- Included the expansion and renovation of existing buildings, selected site work, development of a new upper school building, expansion and improvement of indoor athletic facilities, expansion of the performing arts center, reorganization of site circulation, and new tennis complex, soccer and field hockey fields and new track
- With the Academy's strong desire to bring unity to the buildings, the challenge was to develop solutions to meet programmatic needs while establishing a coherent architectural style
