In general, we have a strong preference for passionate and client-focused professionals. We consider proficiency with Revit, 3D graphics, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) to be required skills for all members of our firm. Applicants who have not yet become proficient with Revit are advised that your candidacy will be much stronger once you have gained experience with it.

Business Development and Marketing Leader  - Provide primary source of new business development for the firm. Firm-wide Marketing leadership role in creating the marketing plan. Ultimately responsible to the Leadership Group for accomplishing the goals established in the Marketing Plan. Assists / Coaches / Delegates to Account Managers when appropriate, acts as primary resource to all employees for Marketing and Business Development. Position open through: until further notice

BIM Coordinator  - Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for Revit Architecture and other digital design tools within the firm. Support the Director of BIM, Architectural and Interior Design Teams on all projects from concept through construction leveraging a BIM workflow to maximize the team’s efficiency and use of the firm’s multiple design technologies. Responsible for content development and maintenance of the Revit Library, and for implementation of Revit Standards within project teams. Will be the lead on BIM project work such as BIM conversion projects for owners, contractors and other consultants.

Successful candidates will demonstrate: excellent theoretical problem solving capabilities; a strong attention to detail and quality; the ability to manage multiple projects; motivation to develop and evolve the firms BIM related competitive advantages; and the ability to interact and mentor other team members in a thoughtful manner.

This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design or equivalent, 3-5 years experience in design or construction practice with strong understanding of project workflows throughout the design, documentation and construction phases and expert knowledge and proven practical application of Revit Architecture and other BIM related software. Familiarity with additional design applications such as 3D Studio Max, SketchUP, NavisWorks , Ecotect, and Green Building Studio a plus. Position open through: 10/1/10
