Library Practice Group Leader
Jack is a Principal and Leader of the Library Practice Group. He is a recognized library design expert with over 35 years of planning, programming, and design experience. He has been involved in the planning, programming and design for multiple library systems and colleges nationally. Over that time, he has touched over 70 library projects. He also leads the efforts at DesignGroup to produce energy-efficient, sustainable designs. Jack's library design work has been recognized with several awards, including AIA Columbus Honor Awards and Sustainable Design Awards, Urban Design Awards, and Interior Design Awards. Jack is Chairman and Founder of the AIA Columbus Committee on the Environment and is a former President of the American Institute of Architects Central Ohio Chapter. He is also a member of the American Library Association, Public Library Association, and the Library Administration and Management Association.
